  Took a week to dispatch, only for the item to not even arrive. No communication after sending a request for information, just an immediate refund when all I really wanted was the item. Considering how many other reviews mention their item not arriving, I'm convinced it's got to be something that this seller is doing wrong, not just random chance.

  Reasonable transaction with item as described but took 10 days to arrive. Disc in excellent condition with no marks or scratches. Jewel case a bit scuffed and scratched but otherwise undamaged. Insert/artwork undamaged and intact. Only moderate signs of use overall. P&P reasonable but no bubble packaging used. Happy with this item.
