  Item arrived in a damaged box, when I opened it, it had been used (sold as new), wrong usb cable in box, cellophane screen cover missing, manual torn, old stock (2023 sticker) not type C, empty plastic bag in box Contacted seller who offered 20% then 30% discount, I declined. Returned for refund, seller refunded 50% saying I had sent it back not in the condition I received it! What a joke! Opened a case with ebay as I had evidence of the state of the item, other 50% refunded. Avoid this seller.

  The straws arrived very quick, I have ordered before and they came in a sealed packet but this time they had obviously been split and just put in a random brown postie box, I am disappointed because it’s not hygienic, so I cannot use them, not great.
