I had ordered a previous one from someone else and they had just slipped it into a priority box and mailed it. Needless to say it didn’t work. I was so pleased that they had taken the extra care to wrap it in several coats of bubble wrap. The package arrived on the appointed day. The waffle iron was in great condition just as shown in the pictures on line. It appears like new. Great deal!
