  The item arrived quickly, well-packaged for shipping. This lot of two packages of fake ice cubes is exactly as described and pictured on the listing. Good value for the money. I love this unique find. Good communication with excellent seller.

  Listing advertised 16 items but only 6 were shipped. Contacted seller to request additional 10. Seller responded offering to refund half price, despite me having less than half items. Again requested remaining 10 as that is how many I require. Seller came back offering a $10 refund which would have been a tiny price reduction on the 6 but not resolved my shortage. This is about dishonest description not price. I will have to go to a different seller to obtain the other 10.
