We are an engraving store that sells only 100% Authentic products. These items are on closeout due to retirement of colors, overstock, mis-engraved, slightly damaged, etc. All details are in the listings.

Our OOPS items are a random draw. There is no requesting of specific colors or details of the item. This is why they are so heavily discounted.

Prices include shipping.

Our typical turnaround is to ship within 3 business days of receiving the order.

    I would definitely do business with this company again! The appearance of my new cup was exactly as described. It was wrapped in bubble wrap and arrived in perfect condition. Shipping was fast and it arrived earlier than expected. This was an excellent value since I didn’t have to pay shipping.

    Mug damaged in shipping. Seller sent out a replacement with return label immediately. Trusted me vs requiring the return first and then the replacement. Usually it's the other way around. Great seller !!!!
