  Not received due a mistake from the shiper not a clear address or from fedex ,i reported to FedEx that not received and they said i have tall to the shipper because he should have insurance on the package,its $33 only i don’t want ,but the seller didn’t respond at all to me thats makes me feel bad ,by the way thats not my porch

  Item was exactly what was described and was an exact replacement part for my 2014 escape titanium. Shipping was fast and I have no reason to complain about this purchase. Was an easy and fast replacement. Packaged well for shipping also. Was much cheaper than buying one from a local parts retailer.
