    Won my 1st bid with this seller and the item was delivered as described. I missed some details in the description and reached out to the seller and they responded with a mutual resolution!     Hiccup in shipping with DHL which is absolutely not the sellers fault. They were very considerate and contacted me to ask if I wanted a refund or my item to be shipped by USPS. They reshipped my package after it was returned to them and I received it in about a week from Japan! Packaging was great. I felt like was receiving a brand new product. It was exactly as pictured in the photos and description. I got this product for a GREAT price. I will definitely be a return customer!

    The packaging was very protective of my wallet. Item received is as described. Shipping was fast until, shipped within a day or so of my purchase, and what happened next has nothing to do with the seller. The seller was very prompt when I inquired on the status of my item. The value I initially paid was great, no complaints with this seller at all.

    Shipping was amazing - I received this item OVERNIGHT from Japan! The packaging was sufficient, but the item was not quite "as shown" in the photos. The item had a bit more storage wear than I expected on arrival. However, this item still appeared to be unused, and the value was CRAZY GOOD!!! :) I'm a repeat Customer and I watch all of this Sellers Auctions. There are some great deals to be found here, and I've purchased several items. Overall l give this Seller an A+++

    Everything I get from this seller is absolutely beautiful! I love my two bags I got from them and the prices can’t be beat. I love that they communicate with their buyers and answer any and all questions. Everything I’ve gotten from them has been 100% authentic.
