    Item was shipped quickly and packaged well. Item is as photographed, though be aware that colors may look different on screen (the orange on this hat is bright). The price was an okay value, as it is used and does have some minor stains on the brim. Seller accepted the return due to fit, the hat seems to be a low profile, I may be wrong, but it fit too tight for me. Would recommend the seller, great experience.

    Happy with the purchase. The item was as described and a good value for the price. It arrived in a box that opened during shipment. There was one small handful of packing material left in the box. The shipment took 7 days and made stops in quite a few cities. Nevertheless there appears to be no damage to the golf club. Thanks for the nice price.

    I have to say this is the single best eBay transaction start to finish for me in 30 years. The new, unopened product dropped to less than half on the manufacturers website,so I messaged the seller and told him. He immediately responded and dropped the price and I bought it immediately (for better shipping and quicker delivery than manufacturer). 5 stars. Will buy from seller again.

    The club arrived three days ahead of schedule and was package to avoid damage. Once I took the club out of the box it was as advertised with pictures and a description. I haven’t used it yet, but this is a very nice club for the price. I would buy from the seller again.

    Items were as described. Seller shipped quickly and packaged very well so that everything arrived in excellent condition. Items were a good value based on other examples I've seen for sale elsewhere, and shipping was reasonable (FedEx). Would definitely buy from Encore Trading again!
