    The item was well packed and exactly as described, the seller posted it out almost immediately but there the positives stopped for me and it was not the sellers fault. EBay have an agreement with a logistics company called Ascendia, who received the item and promptly sat on it for well over a week, they then added insult to injury by backdating their shipment date on tracking & sending it to France! Over 2,000 on Trustpilot gave this company just 1.5 stars & eBay keep using them. Enough said!

    I am over the moon with my purchase! The quality and condition of the bag was new with tags...exactly how Emmasbag stated. The package arrive well packed with a plastic covering on the outside of the box, which was very considerate in case it rained. They were very prompt with sending my purchase and kept in touch every step of the way. Thank you for sending me the perfect bag--would definately purchase from this seller again!

    +++++This seller has excellent actual photos of her items, well lit and in from many angles making shopping much much easier. She has Very reasonable shipping cost, and item pricing as well. Rapid shipping, item well packed and item is new with tags as described and in excellent condition.

    Excellent Seller, prompt shipping, excellent communication . There was an issue with USPS that the item became lost in transit and due to tracking proof seller promptly issued refund. Would highly recommend.
