    New in box tripod, as advertised. There was a bit of a delay, as UPS lost it in transit, not the seller's fault. A few days after I inquired with the seller about this, they replied with an option for a refund or resend - chose resend, have received and checked out tripod, and all is well. Would do business with them again in the future.

    The reflector arrived in like new condition as advertised. Its appearance was perfect like it just left the showroom. It's a great quality reflector that was an outstanding value in a purchase from a great seller that had terrific communication, and fast shipping. The reflector arrived even earlier than I expected.
