  My cat was very excited to get the new toys. Packaging was good. Product arrived in very good condition. My only complaint was the delivery method. The USPS had it right into Sacramento,ca. But then, for some reason decided to send it to Miami,fl. Then back to San Francisco and on to the final destination. Shipped on 25 Sep and didn't arrive until 5 Oct. This is a USPS problem and no fault of the seller. I recommend this seller. If it ships USPS, well...it is the post office.

  4 days after purchase still not shipped told seller either ship or refund me. Refunded me no message no nothing. buy at your own risk

  Buyer is a lair!! I did message her in the comment in the refund!! Hi there, I wanted to thank you for your purchase. However, I ran into a problem. I am moving into a bigger warehouse and this item is nowhere to be found. I have searched high,low,left,right , inside & outside and nothing. If you have ever moved before it is not fun, especially from one warehouse to another. Nothing is being put where it is supposed to go. Please forgive me for the big delay in getting this out to you.
