    The item is of good quality and appears to hold up as advertised. The seller is reasonable to communicate and negotiate with. Admittedly, the item i received was slightly defective, but the seller was quick to respond with care and concern to make the issue right. The seller and I agreed upon a reasonable agreement to correct the issue. I would buy from this seller again.

    A++++ seller. My plate carrier kept having issues at customs however the seller was willing to resolve the problem for me and I finally got it. Super communicative, super helpful. Genuinely the best customer service I've had on this site. Item was packaged well and came in perfect condition. Cannot recommend this seller more.

    The seller was very responsive and answered all of my questions, often in only a few hours. I experienced a slight issue where the item was returned to the seller within the first few days by the carrier, but neither I nor the seller was aware of this until it failed to arrive by the estimated date. I then contacted the seller who immediately rectified the situation and shipped out the next day. The original item was also shipped the next day. Would definitely buy from this seller again.
