  Never rec d the item after it was saying never shipped yet although a label was created. Contacted the seller, they apologized. They say shipped with post office, but no record of it. If lost at post office, why would that be buyer s fault? Filed a complaint- finally got my money back. I was rebated but seller should track packages to ensure proper delivery. Customer should not have to file a complaint and wait for responses for money back.

  The item was shipped to you - unfortunately things do sometimes get lost or misplaced at the post office. I drop my packages and expect they are handled appropriately. This was obviously not your experience with us. You were given a refund and we communicated with you. I'm sorry that you did not receive your shirt but it was not our intent to have it lost as it seems to be. I hope you have the best day and happy eBay shopping!
