  Though there was some initial confusion regarding how the item was described (it was mentioned in a few places as a pro edition PS5 when it was instead a slim edition), the seller worked hard with me to come to a mutual understanding on the product and to help understand where the miscommunication happened. Their communication and transparency are top notch, and I think despite the initial struggle, this sale went as well as it possibly could. They're very kind and earned my trust.

  Item was as described and was shipped quickly and arrived on time. Seller communicated promptly when there was an issue with address which cancelled my order and the seller adjusted price to my original purchase since the item price went back to its original price before sale. Would buy from seller again!
