  Zero customer service! Ordered this light for $172. Accidentally ordered the UV. For 4 days before they shipped it, I sent 4 eBay messages & 2 emails to their direct customer sales email to send the purple light. This sucks and I feel that for buying such an expensive light you’d think there would be anybody who cares enough to respond. It did come. Not the one I wanted but it did come. I told them I would leave negative feedback if they didn’t respond. Took forever to ship. Arrived super late!

  Very happy with my purchase, seller was quick to send, and the product is very good quality. The packaging meant its was all in good condition. And looking forward to seeing the accuracy improvement on the next game day.

  seller was SLOW to ship, i mailed him and he was snarky. Then he shipped the WRONG ITEM and he would NEVER reply to ANY emails. So I had to go thru Ebay to file a claim to get my money refunded. I caution anyone buying from this seller and check out his negative feedback section. Very dissapointed.
