  Bought FEB13, seller notified me that he couldn't ship until FEB21, didn't ship until FEB24. Packaging was way worse than shown in listing, almost half the drives were Seagate. Seller tried passing off refurbished drives (verified by Dell p/n) as new. I would've accepted compromise/discount, but seller ignored me until I opened a claim. Seller found one website that failed to mention the refurbished nature of its associated part number and insisted they were brand new drives. Deadbeat.

  We are sorry you feel that way, all drive part numbers were listed on the listings and images. The drive are NEW as they were in original sealed packaging from DELL. There is no option on ebay to select Manufacturer refurbished and they are used. I do think its funny how you complained that every drive had the same exact error!!! Lets not forget how you lied on the return reason with wrong item sent, all part numbers match. Bad buyer seller be warned.

  Great communication, the seller did everything possible to make Post Office to locate the package they lost, and deliver! Seller even offered to refund me while I was waiting but I really wanted to get the item. I'm very happy to get this brooch, its is beautiful and as described! Thank you!

  Item was shipped immediately by the seller. It was priced lower than other similar items and I was concerned that the item may not be as nice as was represented. I received it several days EARLIER than expected. It is in practically new condition, packaged extremely well, was actually nicer than described, and perfect for my application. This is my first experience with this seller. They are a great company to buy from and my future "go to" for any item that I may be seeking to purchase.
