  These are beautiful mugs and just as pictured. They were packaged well, shipped promptly and arrived on time per tracking. They were a great price and I love them. Unfortunately, one arrived broken despite the careful packing. The seller was very responsive and when I messaged her about the broken mug, she immediately refunded more than1/3 of the original selling price of all three mugs. This seller is very kind and values her customers and I'm sure I'll be back to her shop again.

  The jacket arrived quickly and was as described. The only negative was some items left in the pocket (used tissue and lipstick, food wrapper). Shipping was fast and the jacket was packaged well.

  Seller was very responsive and contacted me right after sale. She verified address so there wouldn't be any delays. Item is as described and I'm in love with this bag! Prices are great and she even worked a bundle deal! Fast shipping! Will definitely buy from this seller again! Super satisfied!

  The item is in perfect condition and the price was amazing to include shipping cost. The shipping was slow but I don’t place that on the seller - I don’t know if anything that could have helped that process. I did not give any stars on seller communication because I did not receive any communication directly from the seller. I have no complaints about that. I received the item, it’s in perfect condition. I’m happy with the price.
