  This seller is Great and I recommend purchasing from them! The item arrived just as described and was wrapped with care! They were prompt at responding back and easy to talk to and work with. The shipping cost was a bit on the pricey end for this item, but we worked out shipping both items under the cost of only one. Easy communication, willing to work on shipping cost and packaging both items with care, I would be willing to purchase from them again!

  Model horse was as described, beautiful condition, arriving appropriately packed for something that is a collectible, and not a child's toy. I did inquire/verify her packaging procedure, she was very patient/understanding in her reply. She does know what she's doing. I read of too many buyers having these models ruined due to poor packaging! She shipped quickly enough, but watching the tracking process was humorous, watching the shipment go past my city to get to another delivery hub!!!
