  I accidentally ordered the wrong item for my daughter. She told me it was wrong before she took it out of the packing! BTW, the packaging was well done. I contacted the Seller requesting a refund and the responses was very quick and efficient! Return was approved and I printed out the label and popped it in the mail. Understandably the $ refund will take a few days but I have no doubt it will go well. Highly recommend

  The iPod Touch 4th Gen is exactly as advertised. I received it within 3 days of purchasing it, was packaged nicely without over packaging, and it works just fine. I bought it to replace my original 3rd Gen whose button no longer worked.

  I have since had a productive follow on discussion with the seller about their business processes and grading. They agreed to financial compensate for the discrepencies and I am happy with the overall price and quality. Would do business with them again because they actively sought to solve my problem.
