  Item is as advertised and works as expected. Freight is a different story. Many vendors use Aramex and this company takes incompetence and uncaring to new lows. Package was shipped within 24 hours from Sydney to a rural city transit centre. It then took 7 days, despite being rung 3 times to chase the delivery, to travel to the neighbouring rural city which is less than a 1 hour drive away. All of this confirmed by the tracking information.

  Wow I only ordered my self ringing mop and bucket 30/4 /25 and today is the 2/5/25 it’s arrived , I am delighted. Very well packaged ,I highly recommend this seller. Ten out of ten. Many thanks.

  this was an ipad keyboard, took about 10 days to arrive (I assume came from far away). it worked great for a month and then died, BUT the seller very promptly offered replacement or refund. we chose refund, and the money was refunded immediately. quick communication and quick, excellent resolution, very pleased
