A slight scrape to the edge of the pan, but only superficial so wasn't concerned as it heats up very efficiently and stays in great condition after use. Also, directions for care included on the outer sleeve packaging of the pan itself so very useful. The appearance of the pan itself was as expected and it arrived in good time. I would recommend the seller.
