    *** Another Good Ebay transaction *** Despite a mix-up of the item shipped, the communication was great and the issue was fully resolved within minutes of sending a message to them. The packing was good and the Mac Mini is a good value! Shipping delays by USPS were not the fault of ESource - Only mishandled and temporarily lost for 4 days by the post office....

    My item was shipped the day after I paid for it and arrive 3 days after that via USPS with a tracking number. The item was wrapped in bubble wrap, then placed in an oversized box with plenty of packing peanuts to ensure the post office would not damage it if it were dropped, kicked, or run over by a truck. I call it FedEx safe packing. (If you know, you know). Item works exactly as expected and was the item pictured in the listing! Outstanding! Than You!

    There was some confusion about this item and I have to tell you all. This seller has hands down the absolute fastest response to an email message I have ever received here on eBay, and I've been here since 2007. And this is with their offices closed for the day!!! You can trust and believe that when this seller says your messages are very important to them, he is extremely serious and will not let you down! I am extremely impressed with and highly recommend this seller to everyone here!!!

    The item was a fair price, I got it pretty fast. It was as described. It was packaged up well with bubble wrap and foam packaging inside a nice box. I will for sure purchase from this seller again. The unit looked very well taken care of, it looked almost new. Excellent for the age of the unit I thought.

    Product came late but not the sellers fault, once I got the product I installed it and tested it out. Speeds were about half of what is advertised for this product. And the license key didn’t work for the program. The seller made this right 100% with a refund so the only thing I lost was some time but the seller was great and answered all my questions would buy again from them just a different product.

    Item was damaged during shipping (shipping box corner dent, metal frame (!) of device bent and casing broken, internal shock indicator triggered, despite reasonable packaging, must have fallen 2m from forklift or such). Seller even offered refund, which I had to refuse, because seller was not at fault. Pleasure to do business with seller, despite the unlucky outcome (which is bearable, given the sale price).
