  Initially I received the wrong remote from the seller.But after contacting the seller they turned a bad experience into a great outcome. They apologized for the mix up and immediately sent out the correct remote. I returned the incorrect remote with the self addressed package envelope. I am very happy with the professional conduct with this seller.

  Seller shipped wrong parts but as soon as I contacted him/her about it, replacements were sent out ASAP. They were apologetic about the situation but I have no worries, because mistakes can happen (we human). Giving it a positive review because seller made it right very fast. Would definitely buy from again.
