It was missing the condensate drain and it was aftermarket, not Goodman. When I told them their listing was wrong they acknowledged I needed a different part number - no instructions, no offer to exchange or replace and no apology for the incorrect listing. Since temps were freezing I added a drain port. Now it's now out again. I am trying to buy a discounted part and they will not help. Customer did not reply that they wanted to go with the needed item. No response from the customer for a month. Customer contacted us again after modifying the item. Our policy states that modified items will void any warranty/return. Customer was told that had they let us know that they wanted to go with the needed item (before customer made the modification) then instructions would have been sent for the item to be returned.
