  Great seller, excellent communication and good quality parts and the parts look amazing and no damage to them so well packaged. All the bits for customising the hoverboard came in the box like the LED covers.

  The seller description said ‘battery not included’ but did not say that’s it’s very difficult to work out what battery is needed. When I finally found out what battery is needed. It is only available from China, takes over a month to arrive and is more money than the scooter. When I asked to return the item a week later after too much time and energy spent on trying to get the scooter to work, I felt the seller turned nasty and said if I return the item they will deduct the cost to send the item

  Thanks for the review...Missed couple of points out... this listing clearly said in the title and description battery was not included. Very easy to blame seller and expect seller to be out of pocket when you did not look at, read or question prior to buying. You were advised due to you not reading the listing if you returned you would be refunded minus shipping costs... nothing nasty but very clear you caused the issue and would need to foot the bill

  I ordered this item on the 9th June. On the 14th I messaged the seller to ask where my parcel was. No reply. 2 days later I received a card from Royal Mail informing me that the seller did not pay the full postage, and would need to pay the £3.20 required. I message the seller again asking to be reimbursed fot that amount. No reply. I contacted ebay and was asked to wait 2 more days. Still nothing from the seller.
