  Thenitem reached Bangkok in a timely fashion though there was a problem in that the apartment building office failed to register receipt of the package and misplaced it. However, we did not know that and asked the seller to investigate it. He did but his powers if investigation only extended to UPS in the USA. He had no lnowledge of other carriers such as the Chinese one which handled the package from Glendale, Illinois to Thailand. This package was insured by Ebay

  The item was well-packaged to insure safe delivery; I was surprised that it looked like it had foam that perfectly fit a keyboard despite the fact that the keyboard was 40 years old. It arrived as pictured.
