  Received as advertised, box opened but unused, on opening the box, we discovered the wrong ac lead had been provided, contacted seller who replied promptly, he apologised for inconvenience and new ac lead Received two days later. Good product, good communication, would definitely buy from this seller again.

  Electrical_bargain have gone above and beyond with this purchase! My package arrived quickly and in excellent condition. I mentioned, through 'contact the vendor' that my package didn't include any soundbar or speaker brackets and that I was disappointed that they weren't supplied. Electrical_bargain explained that not all packages contain brackets but they would send me some if I needed them. Three days later brand new brackets delivered without charge. I highly recommend this vendor.

  Everything is/was perfect. After payment, which I feel the price was reasonable, to the shipping which took less than 24 hours and received the item same day, in very good condition, packed well. The description was as is the item. I would purchase again given the chance. I highly recommend the seller for their transparency, honesty and quick to action .

  Absolutely thrilled with my purchase! The LG monitor arrived in pristine condition, looking brand new. The fast delivery was an added bonus, as it arrived much sooner than expected. The item was exactly as described in the listing, and the seller's communication was excellent throughout the process. I'm so happy with the quality and performance of this monitor.   great little radio and a great price. Great seller, only let down by Royal Mail poor service. Royal Mail advised delivery would be between 9.15 and 13.15 on Friday 30.05.25, so I hung around all day and it was eventually delivered Saturday morning about 10.30 :-(

  Item as described came well packaged,the wrong remote was sent but quickly sorted out with a replacement,seller was very helpful and wanted to provide a quick solution which they did,would highly recommend this seller and would buy from again with confidence thank you very much the soundbar is very nice and quality sound:)
