  Everything is/was perfect. After payment, which I feel the price was reasonable, to the shipping which took less than 24 hours and received the item same day, in very good condition, packed well. The description was as is the item. I would purchase again given the chance. I highly recommend the seller for their transparency, honesty and quick to action .

  Electrical_bargain have gone above and beyond with this purchase! My package arrived quickly and in excellent condition. I mentioned, through 'contact the vendor' that my package didn't include any soundbar or speaker brackets and that I was disappointed that they weren't supplied. Electrical_bargain explained that not all packages contain brackets but they would send me some if I needed them. Three days later brand new brackets delivered without charge. I highly recommend this vendor.

  Very pleased with this seller when I bought a LG soundbar USC9S for £400. It was £700 on Amazon or £500 at Currys if you bought a tv. I sent a query and it was answered within a few hours. The description said "Box opened but unused" so I was concerned that some bits might be missing or it might have some scratches but decided to risk it. The package arrived two days later and the way it was packaged it didn't even look like it had been opened before. Everything was there in perfect condition.

  Took a punt on buying hi-fi from a budget reseller. Advert said was a new system, but in an opened box. Exactly as described - obviously some kind of store return. Very pleased! Super fast courier with many emailed updates of delivery date/time etc. Went into Curries today for something else and saw this same system for significantly more than I paid. So very happy! RETAILER RECOMMENDED :-)

  great little radio and a great price. Great seller, only let down by Royal Mail poor service. Royal Mail advised delivery would be between 9.15 and 13.15 on Friday 30.05.25, so I hung around all day and it was eventually delivered Saturday morning about 10.30 :-(

  Fantastic seller! Seller gave me a special offer for the monitor which was very generous, on top of this I had an additional code to take even more off the overall price. Description stated there may be marks on the monitor, however I am failing to see any. The monitor is in excellent condition! Came fully boxed including all original packaging. I see this is the 2023 model over the 2021 model which is a bonus! Delivery was insanely quick and it literally arrived the next morning. A+
