  Received as advertised, box opened but unused, on opening the box, we discovered the wrong ac lead had been provided, contacted seller who replied promptly, he apologised for inconvenience and new ac lead Received two days later. Good product, good communication, would definitely buy from this seller again.

  Absolutely thrilled with my purchase! The LG monitor arrived in pristine condition, looking brand new. The fast delivery was an added bonus, as it arrived much sooner than expected.   The item I ordered arrived a day earlier than expected, It was well packaged in it's original box, in a very good condition with no marks that I can see so I was very pleased with it. Unfortunately the remote didn't work but i contacted the seller who sent out a replacement and it's all working now. Excellent service.

  Electrical_bargain have gone above and beyond with this purchase! My package arrived quickly and in excellent condition. I mentioned, through 'contact the vendor' that my package didn't include any soundbar or speaker brackets and that I was disappointed that they weren't supplied. Electrical_bargain explained that not all packages contain brackets but they would send me some if I needed them. Three days later brand new brackets delivered without charge. I highly recommend this vendor.

  Everything is/was perfect. After payment, which I feel the price was reasonable, to the shipping which took less than 24 hours and received the item same day, in very good condition, packed well. The description was as is the item. I would purchase again given the chance. I highly recommend the seller for their transparency, honesty and quick to action .

  Delivered earlier than expected, i made the mistake of not adding the discount code, so messaged right away about this,(this was a sunday too) i got a reply within 10 minutes! Order was cancelled so i could reorder with the discount code, really helpful, and getting my heaphones earlier too was a boost,i ordered unopened sony heaphones for my daughter, who loves them,they are like new at a great price, highly recommend!
