    Shipping time, packaging, and value were exceptional. Item brand new in the box as described. Sellers need to take note, I received my order in 2 days from KY to FL crossing TN and Orlando. Sellers have no excuse for poor shipping times and practices. I recommended this seller to everyone and look to purchase from them again. This seller used On Trac for a shipping service which I have never heard of but was extremely impressed by. Thank you. 🙏

    I ordered it because it showed up as to fitting my machine, when it arrived I had issues installing it so I contacted the seller and I also contacted the manufacturer of the product and the manufacturer told me it didn’t fit that machine. So since I already had the bike apart and the original seller would not get it here in time I ordered from the manufacturer and overnight shipping and the seller won’t do anything about it. Don’t buy from go directly to the manufacturer it’ll be the same price

    The items are great, but they were sent in a box full of packing paper, but the plugs were outside of that, rattling against the outer box.
