  The description of the item is not as the item appears when you receive it. The base plate I received had two rusted in screws and widespread rust hiding the screws. Packaging was good and the postage and price for the item. The seller does not like to reply to messages and this forces the use of eBay to intervene and retrieve monies and also results in negative feedback.
