    Item was well-packaged, (mostly) as-described and shipped quickly. The photo shows a charger in the box that was not included, but not too bothered by that. Originally the wrong phone was sent out, but the seller quickly reached out to alert me of this, paid for immediate return and shipped the correct unit as soon as the old was received causing minimal fuss/delay.

    Phone was as exactly as sold, great price and product and special delivery option was extremely helpful as my phone had broke. Only prob was packaging did arrive torn which isn't the sellers fault, but makes me think people delivering knew it was a phone and had checked it out. So packaging that's less obvious and more protected would be handy in case of dodgy types.
