    Would definitely recommend this seller and will shop with them again. My item arrived exactly as pictured but not entirely as described. The bag was described as “brown” but it’s actually “dark gray” according to the designer’s site. It took a few days longer to ship as it was at a warehouse of a third party but it still arrived within 1 week from when I placed my order. It was well packaged to prevent damage. I also saved so much money when compared to other sellers - probably over $1000 saved!

    Ordered Wed night, shipped and authenticated by Sun, received Tue. Came flat in an eBay dust bag and padded box. Item matched photos, though tissue stuffing would’ve helped maintain tote shape. Great value for a 3–5 year old leather bag in good condition. Multiple listings with same photos were confusing, but they’re selling partners with different commissions-other posts disappeared after my purchase.

    Communication could be better. Inquired after 4 business days of hearing nothing received notification afterwards 3 days later item arrives from Japan obviously enroute already. VERY VERY fast shipping and it was FREE. Puts many US sellers to shame. Improve communication and you can't be stopped.
