Even though he is a high-volume seller he promptly replies to messages and quickly issues excess shipping refunds (despite eBay glitches he does offer combined shipping at very reasonable rates).     This seller really went above and beyond! I had ordered this previously and it was lost by USPS. The seller immediately refunded the money. I reordered, again several orders ar once, and the seller gave me a discount for combined shipping AND shipped the new order so that it arrived within a week. Thank you!
