    The item was as described all but the part of being brand in a unopened box the box had been opened and the charge cord was removed not that big of a deal I have several cords but the fact that the seller should of said opened box and cord is missing. The seller used USPS for the shipping so obviously I think a carrier pigeon would have faster to our rural area. All in all good product good price minor issues. No biggie

    5 stars Super fast shipping. The part was damaged they issued a full refund with in minutes after I contacted them. They are the best ebayers on ebay. Others on ebay need to take a lesson from these people on how to take care of a problem. Thank you so much for the fast response and taking care of the the issue. I wish I could give more than 5 stars you deserve it. Again thank you!

    Great communication, but the hair was advertised as Human hair and it was synthetic. Seller doesn't accept returns so I thought it was a lost cause and trashed the hair. Later, she said she would accept a refund, if I sent back the hair. I did the burn test and the water test...100% synthetic hair. As a seller, one should know for certain what you are selling to your customers. I gave a neutral rating instead of negative, because I don't think she was being malicious...but I'm out almost $100.
