  I gotta say I was a bit scared to order as I didn’t think it was a real item. But the sellers assurance and communication as well as the pictures sold me. The seller was great. Shipping took a while but once it shipped it was here in just a few days. The items are the real deal with all the packaging and paperwork and bags. I cannot be more happier.   Beautiful bag , brand new as described. Packed professionally and arrived fast. Asked the seller if I could return it because it's too small for my needs. Seller sent me a message to let me know that I could keep the bag and still have my full refund. In my 25 years' experience in eBay I never had anyone offered such a nice gesture, so I offered to pay for the return shipping, and we settled everything. I recommend this trustworthy seller.

  This is an amazing seller that is a great and prompt communicator. The bag came as described and packed wonderfully. I was surprised coming from Japan how quick I received the bag. The seller keeps you updated as to when the bag is going to ship I don’t think I have had this wonderful of a customer service experience shopping at high end stores.   I’m impressed with this purchase! The bag is exactly as shown in the pictures. Even though it was an international shipment, it arrived much faster than I anticipated, which was a nice bonus. The price is very reasonable considering the quality, and the customer service was exceptional. They were quick to respond to any inquiries and super helpful with all the details I needed.
