  Item exactly as described. Shipping packaging wasn’t great considering the shipping cost. So it was damaged in transit. Seller then asked me to prove it was their item that I was trying to return. Ended up keeping it as it still works but very disappointed in the price I paid for shipping.

  I thought it was difficult to check whether it was a product we sent only with the picture you sent us So I just asked you to send me a picture of the product code marked on our product, and we thought it was a legitimate request We cannot accept returns and send new products without checking the product Also, if it's our product, there's no reason why the buyer can't show it

  Part delivered as per description. Excellent customer service after a first shipping delivery attempt to West Africa failed. The vendor acknowledged and shipped a new unit with the right carrier and all was delivered smoothly onwards. I highly recommend and will continue purchasing from this vendor. Thumbs up.

  Gute Beratung, zwar nur auf Englisch (ist nicht so wirklich meine Stärke), hat aber trotzdem gut funktioniert. Hatte bereits eine korrekte Artikelnummer angeben können, war mir aber nicht sicher. Der Verkäufer hat mir diese Nummer an Hand der Fahrgestellnummer aber als richtig bestätigt. Bestellt, über Paypal sofort bezahlt und über FedEx drei Tage früher erhalten als angekündigt. FedEx hat auch die Bearbeitung und Zollgebühren geregelt und mir in Rechnung gestellt. Absolut in Ordnung und fair.
