  The controllers were packed well and arrived with no damage. Had one controller that did not work, and the seller responded and resolved the issue to without any problems. I appreciate their communication to resolve the issue quickly. I gave them a positive review since the other controller worked and offer to give me a refund for the other one without any problems.

  Items shipped quickly and I received them fast! Item packaging was a little flimsy, but items arrived in good condition. Price was fair! Items looked new as described. I haven't tried controllers yet. Hopefully they play well. Good seller!

  Even through I NEVER received the item/product; it was NO fault of the seller… USPS damaged the item and couldn’t deliver it… Other than that the seller was very, helpful in trying to help me resolve the issue. Unfortunately, I had to request a refund.
