  Upon delivery it was broken and I was advised to still install. As the customer was reliant on the clock I did install the clock with a broken clock. Then 2 weeks in and the clocks packed up. Messaged the seller to no joy. Looks like I'm out of pocked for £40+ and my time installing the part. Definitely wouldn't buy from this seller!!

  Item arrived quickly, well packaged and in the condition advertised and pictured. Unfortunately the item didn't work in my boiler but I'm not sure where the fault was as further issues may have existed. The item was a fair price compared to others and I would buy from the seller again the future.

  Great Honest Ebay seller, original item had a fault that must have been developed in postage, he sent another as soon as I told him, even before I had returned the first one it and it came the next working day and works perfect. Great communication and customer service. Recomended

  Ordered a part and it got damaged in transit. Contacted seller and they sent a replacement out and received in a couple days. Great customer service 👍👍👍
