    The computer was packed very well, delivered early, was very clean inside and out. It fired up right away and loaded all my files and programs with ease. The disc reader didn't work all the time. The seller was quick to respond and handled the the inconvenient disc reader right away with another one. I am very pleased with this seller and would recommend them to my friends and buy from them again.

    Price was good and items were shipped quickly. Some of the drives were bad but seller made good on a refund. While its unfortunate I had to return some of the items, that's the nature of purchasing bulk used hard drives and like I said, the seller made good on the refund so the risk vs reward on the transaction was still a net positive.

    Computer was very well packaged and came as expected. The case had some minor damage but was expected with a used computer and definitely acceptable. It had a name brand m.2 drive which surprised me for the price. They did forget to send me the hdmi adapter but the seller was quick to respond and the replacement is in the mail now coming to me. Over it was a great deal and functioned as expected.

    Very pleased with the purchase. Was hesitant due to the order being shipped accross country. The package/box took a beating from the trip by UPS, but the company made sure the computer was properly bubble wrapped. I opened the box and everything was in there. The computer was clean and running smoothly. I would purchase from this company again. Thank you!!
