    Really accurate and fast in providing feedbacks and supporting customers for any kind of questions or issues. Despite the long distance and the Christmas time that is always challenging in this period of the year, the delivery was so fast that i received the item even before the estimated range time.     I have not even opened the package so I cannot comment on the quality. What I can comment on is my experience with the seller. When I reached out asking for updates on where the package was, I was given a lot of excuses. When I asked for a refund, I was denied. I explained that I needed this for my son's party and it did not arrive until after the fact. The seller only agreed to help after I said I would leave negative review. In the end, I was told I was not even eligible for a return.
