    Thank you very much for your quick response and I appreciate that you took the time to send my shipment. My account notifies me that my shipment was delivered last Friday, May 16th, but unfortunately I have not received anything at my home or in my mailbox. Perhaps it was delivered to the wrong address. I have had no luck with the postal service, they say they don't know anything. I hope I don't lose my money. Thanks again!!

    I purchased these needle nose pliers and was refunded the money quickly. The seller was really great about refunding the money. I found these same pliers much cheaper on ebay shortly after purchasing from this seller. So I asked for a refund and I was quickly given one.
