  The seller ACCEPTED my offer. A few hours later he immediately refunded after one sold for more. He stated “there were minor scratches” that he didn’t disclose before and he didn’t want me to return it. Mind you, he NEVER even gave me an opportunity to tell him I still wanted it. He then re-listed it with a buy it now of $100 MORE than what he had accepted from me. I told him I didn’t care about minor scratches, it was a PC card and that I still wanted it. He has since ghosted me. BAD BUSINESS!
