    I received a non-functional remote with my purchase and contacted the seller multiple times. They initially promised to resolve the issue but later informed me they couldn’t provide a replacement and offered a $30 refund for a $400 machine, which I declined. They also failed to follow up as promised, and without the remote, the machine’s functionality is limited. I’m very dissatisfied with their handling of the situation and lack of accountability.

    we are unable to obtain a remote control as we are out of stock on this item and it is discontinued. We offered a refund for the price of the remote, and unfortunately that is the best we can do. The unit is working. IF the buyer is not satisfied, he can return the machine. We are simply unable to fix this issue even though we really wanted to.
