  The safes arrived on time in very good condition , well packed and the driver got them to the door. They were not all unpacked straight away . One of the later one had a VERY stiff lock . After some effort the lock opened , but the tab snapped off the key in the process.. I worked the lock with the other key with the door opened and it became a lot easier . I contacted the supplier and they said get a new one and we will pay SUPER SERVICE IT WASNT CHEAP BUT NO QUIBBLES . TOP SELLER

  AMAZING service, 5 stars . The item arrived without screws as the courier damaged the box en route and chucked the contents into a plastic bag. I queried this with the seller who responded immediately and sent out a replacement which arrived only a couple days later. Very pleased with the item itself but even happier with the fantastic service provided, thank you!

  Cage arrived with some damage (not the sellers fault, was caused in transit) messaged seller, quick responses and agreed a partial refund as the cage is still usable, just more cosmetic damage. Perfect seller, thank you.
