Upon examination it is pristine with only a couple of scratches on the inside. Price was dropped just a day after my purchase and before delivery. Upon contacting customer service they offered to refund me the difference. Excellent customer service and support. I’m very happy so far with the function and appearance of the product.

I just recently started buying from them mainly because of their support of persons with developmental disabilities. An added bonus added is the fair prices that they offer their watches for. I have had no problems whatsoever with their descriptions compared to what I receive . The watches I have received are in better shape than their pictures show in many cases.
