  I see why this E-bay Seller is rated with a PERFECT 5-STAR RATING with buyers, and I agree with them !! !!! My experience was EXCELLENT......great communication, fast shipping, product is EXACTLY AS DESCRIBED IN ADVERTISEMENT; with great quality construction !!! There are many different "plastic" foot rasp files available on-line, but I prefer stainless steel construction for durability. I am "saving" this E-bay Seller into my "favorites" file !!!

  Bought a shock collar from seller misladyshopuser. The item did not work and the seller wanted me to make a video, showing him that the shock feature did not work on this item. I sent it. The seller kept trying to make me a deal. So after 3 or 4 attemptes I agreed to have him send another one to me. That one didn't work either. He agreed to have me shipped them back to him. When I asked for packing material and shipping label, he hasn't responded back after I wrote him a text.
