    As described. Appears to be new original item with new elex smell. Fast shipping w/ tracking. Arrived in Cub Cadet oem box with complete oem instructions. Works perfectly out of the box (charged mower from 33% to 100% within time many reviews specify). Highly recommend this seller and would do business with again.

    Item arrived as described. However the shipping speed was a bit slow. As per tracking details the shipping label was created on Sept. 8th but, not actually shipped until the 12th. However it did arrive on Sept.16th.

    I ordered a heated chainsaw wrap(handle). The description and photo shows the heated variant. They sent me the unheated version, which is roughly half the price, even though they’re charging a couple of dollars less than the heated variant is normally, so I figured it’d be the right one. They also took roughly a week to send it, and the box was beat to heck, which caused delays during shipping. Not sure if that’s on them or the USPS.
