  The drills were finally delivered by Evri. Only a week overdue, but you can’t blame the seller for that. They have no control over the courier’s. The items themselves look very good, are very good value and of good quality. They were well packed and arrived undamaged. Had really good communication with the sellers, who offered to send another set or refund the price if Evri hadn’t eventually delivered them. Would recommend the sellers and will buy from them again if they have what I want.

  Due to a fault with the courier, I unfortunately did not receive the latch however the communication and swift action by this seller was terrific. They actioned a refund immediately and apologise profusely… For something which was actually not their fault. I have bought from this company in the past and I will most certainly purchase from them again. All of their products are good value.

  Sent wrong item, but gave full refund even though they asked "did I want them to send the correct item or want a refund", I said "I'd rather have the item I ordered", instead they gave me a refund. Why bother asking in the first place ?

  Wrong item sent. Responded to messages the same day. Refund given. Cannot understand why they couldn’t just send the item I ordered as it was in stock on their sale page. What an inconvenience this was.
