  Over the course of 7-10 days I asked the seller several questions and they answered everyone. In some cases, they did not know the answer, but they said so, rather than taking a quess. I can see the images on the monitor even when I wear sunglasses! For some reason all of the other companies that I tested, which sell a 10.3" monitor, has their monitor go black when I wear sunglasses. Very happy with this product and seller.

  seller was helpful no manual sent with product. They had me to provide my email so they could send it to me. Seller helped while I was awaiting manual to come in my email. Product works ok. Trial and error to figure out functions with out a operators manual. Or troubleshooting guide.
