This is the third time I’ve bought from this seller and they have been shockingly bad. Royal Mail didn’t receive the parcel to deliver for days and when they were contacted, they told fibs. When the parcel did arrive, there was 1 missing item from the 5 I had ordered. Contacted them again that’s where it went really wrong. I’m still waiting for them to acknowledge my refund rec
